  • Respecting the confidentiality of others in chat groups or group coaching sessions 
  • Not sharing screenshots, photos, or private content from other participants or coaches 

Violations may result in restricted access to platform features or termination of participation. 

7. Acceptable Use and Communication You agree to use our digital platform, chat groups, and coaching features respectfully and in accordance with our Terms and Conditions. Any abusive, harassing, or inappropriate behavior is grounds for removal. Your contact information may be used to send: 

  • Program announcements or updates 
  • Coaching communication and reminders 
  • Critical technical or security alerts 

You may opt out of promotional messages at any time, but opting out of core service communications may affect your ability to fully participate in the Program. 

8. Participants Under 18 

The House of Fitness 1973 program is intended exclusively for individuals aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect or store personal information from anyone under the age of 18. If it is discovered that someone under the age of 18 has registered or submitted information, that data will be deleted, and access to services will be revoked immediately.
